We make every type of uPVC window in our own factory in Vadaperumbakkam, Chennai, to the exact size of each opening, and fit it with our own team. One or two windows are usually fitted within 1–2 days of measurement.

Sliding window, 3 panel
Wide openings split into three sashes for a large view and better ventilation.
Sizes from 1200 × 500 mm up to 4000 × 2000 mm.
Casement window, 2 sash
Opens outward on hinges and seals tightly on gaskets. The best choice for noise and rain.
Sizes from 700 × 500 mm up to 2400 × 2200 mm.
Casement window, single
A single sash for bathrooms, stairwells and smaller openings.
Sizes from 400 × 400 mm up to 1000 × 2000 mm.
Bathroom window with louvres
An openable sash with adjustable glass louvres beside it, so the bathroom stays ventilated and private.
Sizes from 450 × 400 mm up to 1500 × 1200 mm.
Tilt & turn window
Tilt the sash inward for safe ventilation, or turn it to open fully and clean the outside glass from indoors.
Sizes from 500 × 600 mm up to 1400 × 2200 mm.
Fixed picture window
A large pane that doesn't open, for views and daylight. Can be combined with vents.
Sizes from 300 × 300 mm up to 3000 × 2600 mm.
Combination window
A top-hung vent over casement sashes, laid out to suit the wall.

Semi-hexagonal bay window
Three windows set at angles that project out from the wall. Light comes in from three sides, with room for a window seat.

Why homes in Chennai are switching to uPVC
Chennai is hot, humid and close to the sea, with heavy monsoon rain and busy, noisy roads. uPVC frames don't rust, rot, swell or attract termites, and they never need painting. Each frame is an extruded profile with several hollow chambers and a galvanised steel core, sealed on rubber gaskets all round, so it keeps out heat, dust, rain and traffic noise far better than old wooden or aluminium windows.
How we make your windows
- We measure every opening on site, so nothing is made to a guessed size.
- Profiles are cut at 45°, reinforced with galvanised steel and fusion-welded at the corners, so each corner is one sealed piece.
- Locks, hinges, rollers, glass and gaskets are fitted and every unit is checked before it leaves the factory.
- Our own installers fix, level and seal each frame and clean up afterwards.
Options for every window
- Mosquito mesh: sliding mesh shutters on a third track, or fixed or openable mesh panels.
- Steel safety grills built into the frame.
- Single glass, toughened glass, frosted or reeded glass for privacy, or double glazing for noise and heat.
- White, wood-finish and coloured frames.
- Special shapes: arches, triangles, bays and any size the profile system allows.

Questions we're asked
How much do uPVC windows cost in Chennai?
uPVC windows are priced per square foot of opening, and the rate depends on the window type, glass, mesh and hardware. Sliding windows usually cost less than casement windows, and double glazing adds to the price. Add your openings in our online planner or book a free site visit, and we'll send an itemised quote.
Can you replace my old aluminium or wooden windows?
Yes. We remove the old frames, repair the opening and fit the new uPVC frame, in the same visit wherever possible.
How quickly can you make and fit them?
We come to measure as soon as you place the order. One or two windows or doors are usually made in our Vadaperumbakkam factory and fitted within 1–2 days. Larger orders take a few days more depending on the number of openings, and we give you a fitting date when we measure.
Which uPVC profile do you use?
We build with Three Diamond uPVC profiles, made in Chennai. They are lead-free (calcium-zinc stabilised), UV-stabilised with titanium dioxide for strong sun and coastal air, and tested at CIPET, the Government of India's plastics testing institute. The profile warranty is Three Diamond's, handed over in writing with your invoice.
