Sliding window, 3 panel
Wide openings split into three sashes for a large view and better ventilation.
Casement window, 2 sash
Opens outward on hinges and seals tightly on gaskets. The best choice for noise and rain.
Bathroom window with louvres
An openable sash with adjustable glass louvres beside it, so the bathroom stays ventilated and private.
Tilt & turn window
Tilt the sash inward for safe ventilation, or turn it to open fully and clean the outside glass from indoors.
Fixed picture window
A large pane that doesn't open, for views and daylight. Can be combined with vents.
Semi-hexagonal bay window
Three windows set at angles that project out from the wall. Light comes in from three sides, with room for a window seat.
French (casement) door
Double doors on hinges with a multi-point lock, for gardens and main living rooms.
Bathroom door
Waterproof and termite-proof, with frosted glass or a solid panel. It won't swell like wood.

Why uPVC
What's inside the frame
A uPVC frame is not solid plastic. It is an extruded profile with several hollow chambers and a galvanised steel core. That construction keeps out heat, noise, dust and rain. Every frame we make uses Three Diamond profiles.
Quieter roomsDouble glazing with sealed gaskets cuts traffic noise sharply.
Cooler in summerAir chambers insulate, so the AC works less.
Dust & monsoon proofEPDM gaskets seal all round, and drainage slots carry rainwater out.
No painting, no termitesIt doesn't rust, rot or swell. Wipe it with a damp cloth to clean.

From your enquiry to a sealed window
These are the eight steps every AH window goes through, in order. We measure as soon as you order, so one or two windows usually go from step 1 to step 8 in a day or two. Ask to visit the factory and we'll walk you through each one.

Site survey
We measure every opening, check the sill and wall, and note the floor level and wind exposure.

Shop drawing & quote
You get a drawing and an itemised quote for every opening. Nothing is cut until you approve them.

Profile cutting
Profiles are cut at 45° on a double-head saw to exact length.
Factory04
Steel reinforcement
Galvanised steel is cut and screwed into the main chamber of every frame and sash.
Factory05
Fusion welding
Corners are heat-welded into one piece, which makes them stronger than mechanical joints and keeps water out.

Cleaning & hardware
Weld seams are cleaned, then the multi-point locks, hinges, rollers and handles are fitted.

Glazing & QC
Glass is fixed with beads and gaskets. Each unit is checked for squareness and smooth operation.

Our team fixes and levels each frame, seals it with silicone, and hands over a cleaned opening.

Before you call
How is uPVC priced?
Prices are worked out per square foot of opening and depend on the style, glass and hardware. Sliding windows usually cost less than casement windows, and double glazing adds to the price. Use the planner above to list your openings and we'll send an itemised quote.
How long does it take from order to installation?
We come to measure as soon as you place the order, and production starts once you approve the drawing. One or two windows or doors are usually made and fitted within 1–2 days. Larger orders take a few days more depending on the number of openings, and we give you a fitting date when we measure. For multi-floor projects we fit floor by floor to suit your site schedule.
Can you replace my old aluminium or wooden windows?
Yes. We remove the old frames, repair the opening, and fit the new uPVC frame in the same visit wherever possible.
Will uPVC turn yellow in the sun?
Good profiles contain UV stabilisers, so they stay white. We build with Three Diamond uPVC profiles, which are lead-free and made for Indian sunlight.
Do you fit mosquito mesh and grills?
Yes. We offer sliding or fixed mesh shutters and steel safety grills that are built into the frame instead of being drilled into the wall.
What does the warranty cover?
Your frames carry Three Diamond’s manufacturer warranty on the uPVC profile, and we hand it over in writing with your invoice. Three Diamond profiles are lead-free, UV-stabilised with titanium dioxide for Chennai’s sun and coastal air, and tested at CIPET, the Government of India’s plastics testing institute. After fitting, call or WhatsApp us if a sash needs adjusting or a seal needs attention, and our team will come back to set it right.
