uPVC casement windows that open fully and seal tight
Casement windows, often called openable windows, open outward on hinges. When closed they press onto rubber gaskets all round, which makes them the best choice for rain, dust and traffic noise.

Casement window, single
A single sash for bathrooms, stairwells and smaller openings.
Sizes from 400 × 400 mm up to 1000 × 2000 mm.
Combination window
A top-hung vent over casement sashes, laid out to suit the wall.
Sizes from 900 × 1000 mm up to 3600 × 2600 mm.
Why choose a casement window
- Tightest seal: multi-point locks pull the sash onto gaskets on all four sides.
- Full opening: the whole sash opens, so you get far more airflow than with a slider of the same size.
- Quieter rooms: with double glazing, a casement window is the quietest option for a room facing a main road.
Long windows, mesh and grills
Many of the openable windows we fit in Chennai are tall "long windows": two casement sashes over a fixed lower pane, often with mosquito mesh panels beside them and a steel grill built into the frame. We lay out the sashes, fixed panes and mesh to suit your wall.

Questions we're asked
Which is better, casement or sliding uPVC windows?
Casement windows seal tighter and open fully, so they are better for rain, noise and airflow. Sliding windows save space because nothing swings open, and they suit kitchens and balconies. Many homes use both: casement in rooms facing the road, sliding where space is tight.
Can a casement window have a mosquito mesh?
Yes. We fit mesh panels beside or behind the sashes, or a separate openable mesh, depending on how the window opens.
How quickly can you make and fit them?
We come to measure as soon as you place the order. One or two windows or doors are usually made in our Vadaperumbakkam factory and fitted within 1–2 days. Larger orders take a few days more depending on the number of openings, and we give you a fitting date when we measure.
Which uPVC profile do you use?
We build with Three Diamond uPVC profiles, made in Chennai. They are lead-free (calcium-zinc stabilised), UV-stabilised with titanium dioxide for strong sun and coastal air, and tested at CIPET, the Government of India's plastics testing institute. The profile warranty is Three Diamond's, handed over in writing with your invoice.
